Batman and Joker action figures.?

August 31st, 2008

…Hey I need some help, I’m in to stop-motion that I do with my action figures, and I want to do a Batman Vs. Joker one should I get the movie masters Joker Vs Batman box set or should I look for something else that’s more poseable, and also if I did get them would the be to tall for my other action figures which are 6′-6′.25? So if you guys help me on this I’ll be glad.

The Movie Master Batman and Joker look like they have really basic hinge joints at their knees, hips, shoulders and elbows. So it doesn't look like they'd be able to do a wide variety of poses. Most likely your stop motion movie will end up looking like mannequins moving around. If that's okay with you, then go for it. If you want your figures to move around a little more realistically, I'd go for a more Robot Chicken approach; buy some cheaper figures and use their heads on bodies that you make yourself. That way you can put a stop motion armature inside the body which will allow you to pose your characters any way you want.
